just a quick question , is it possible to support back end of vehicle using the rear beam or is it not robust enough ??

depends what car it is
d9 hdi 90 rapier estate

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

I'm guessing a 406 here, they're all the same.

Hmm, not sure, by rear beam you mean the crossmember, #1 here:

It looks fairly robust but I don't think I've ever thought of using it because there's so much in the way. What are you up to?

rear beam axle , its 406 eatate and I`m looking to get drums off and check shoes etc.

Do you mean the arms then? There is no beam axle :? Mine tried to slide off one, everyone else just uses the sills.
