rear discs - with or without a wear sensor? 2003 2.0 HDI

hi guys, I need discs and pads all round on my 2003 GLX 2.0 HDI 406, I went for prices and was asked if the rear had a wear sensor and this denotes which pads I need. Any thoughts on whether I do or not?!

Also, what sorta prices should I be looking for for discs and pads?

Mine didn't have any sensors on the back.

Complete set, 4 discs, f + r pads + handbrake shoes, genuine Mintex, bay of E, £130.

You can get cheaper, but these are good.

Yes ithink you will have Wear sensors,
My lx has them but ive just cut the Wires and looped them,

I'd say wear sensors on front, but not on back

Can't comment on front, but I paid about £52 for QH a few weeks back, but I got discount

cheers everyone, I found these on Ebay, I know they're not wonderful brands but the car doesn't do many miles and I'm only replacing the current ones due to rusting and pitting.

They don't have rear wear sensors but the pads usually come with the wires because they also fit the front of something else.

If I've go this wrong, apologies, but it looks to me that the handbrake shoes aren't included - I think you'll regret not having them, as I effectively destroyed the shoes getting the drums off, see viewtopic.php?f=27&t=13560&hilit=noise&start=30

Veco are a name that I recognise, they used to have a good name once upon a time.

I agree with dogslife, you would be best to get handbrake shoes, no point doing all that work and putting old shoes to new discs/drums.
