Change rear anti roll bar links?

Any easy way to change the rear plastic ARB on 406 estate. The top nut doesnt look too bad but the bottom seems a bit burried behind the hub.

Normally i just gring the nuts off but there is no acces in this case. There is some mention of an impact wrench but I dont have one and the wife will never understand its importance to get me one as a present. I have all other tools/sockets/spanners/allen keys/plus gas - you name it but cant see how it will come off.

Any ideas??
