For the front: Crack the wheel nuts, jack up, support with axle stands, take the wheels off, liberally soak the ends of the drop links in WD40, go to sleep. Remove the drop links the next day (should be a hole for an allen key to keep the ball joint still, then an open-ended spanner round the outside, but these can rust badly and might need angle grinding off!). Then put your new ones on. Dead easy if you can get the old ones off through the rust

how do i know if it def is the links? will it be obvious by looking if its the bushes? also will a haynes manual tell me how do do all these things, and to fit lowering sprins for example and things like that?

Sounds ok, just make sure you get the right ones - yours are the early sort with the bottom pin straight down.

Perhaps you could use a socket wrench to get it moving, failing that could you hammer an 11/16th" on there?
