Changing rear shocks on D9 estate

Just wondered if anyone has any tips for changing the shock absorbers on a D9 estate (HDI if that makes any difference!)?

Also - any recommendations where to buy new shocks?

there easy to replace mate just undo the bolt at the bottom and undo the nut at the top should come out no problem
