bottom ball joint

hi guys after the sale of the car i got word back that the ball joint came loose from the hub it unscrewed itself from the hud could it be possible that it wasnt tight enough i cant remember how tight i tightened it i know the drivers side is really tight but i dont have a clue about the passenger side its as if its just unscrewed itself

its ok was my fault when fittin never locked it so it wold move sorted with a chisel and a hammer hes now a happy man

he was just about to pull out from the garage so no speed was involved or anything
