Hello!
During a slight braking at speeds 100-120 KMH my steering wheel shakes. not always. I noticed on the Internet that already some 406 had a problem with that. Mechanic has checked the chassis and center the rim. nothing helped. Can anyone help?

check the front wheels are balanced, probably also a warped brake disc.
406 estate, 2.1TD, I fixed her, then part exchanged her for a Mercedes E300TD Avantgarde Estate.

check the lower ball joints and bushes and also check the track rod ends and the rack for play.
