Information Needed ....

After singing the praises of my 406 for passing the mot , today i have
picked up a self tapping screw in front tyre and while tyre man was
looking at this found a split abs ring on nearside front . I've been on
service box but this part is not listed individualy so anyone got any
advice or info please :)
Found some on fleabay , different sizes how do you which is right one :roll:

Pug only sell them complete with the driveshaft (the swines). I don't know about the size (measure?) but I did spot a how to on the coupé club the other day on how to change them without removing the drive shaft (saw in half, araldite basically)

That saw in half info is usefull , will have to pull if off see how big it is ...

Good idea that.

ive seen these a.b.s rings repaired before and its worked.

Wouidnt J.B weld be better than Araldite tho as it sets like metal

Cheers lozz , heard about j b weld will give it a try when i get new ring ..

I might have bloody known you would smutify something disco !! like a bloody proof reader you are :P

and as regards the thrashing i meant with a leather belt and buckle across the arse not the thrashing
