it was a nice dry day i wasnt speeding it just happened..
there are no warning lights or fault codes coming from the car at all, but this was 2 weeks ago and the issue is still there every time i drive the car....any ideas

That's probably a cracked or broken reluctor ring (i.e. the toothed wheels around your front drive shaft outer cv joins and around the rear hubs.) There's no way of telling which without jacking the car up and looking for which it is I'm afraid :(

I was just going to post the same thing on here. It only seems to happen at low speeds just before the vehicle comes to a stop. The only difference is that i have had the words ABS FAULT/BRAKING FAULT come up on the centre console. This only comes up from time to time though.

They are available on ebay quite modestly priced. About £8 IIRC.
To change them, drive shaft has to come out. Change gearbox oil seals at same time.
The toothed ring can be drifted down into place. It is a light interference fit on the cv joint outer case.

There0s a how to over on the coupe club on how to replace them without taking everything to bits, I'd post a link but you need to sign in. Basically you clean up where it goes, saw it in half and glue it in place with epoxy.
