Background in previous thread 'best place to get parts'

I really need to find out what this part is called, the diagram i was given on previous thread was great but I ordered the part using the code and it is not it, I got in touch with Peugeot and they said they can only go by this diagram and if its wrong there is bascially nothing they can do about it...helpful as usual. This is the reason I am asking the REAL experts.

Ok, on the diagram (hopefully) number 1 is the part I need.

On the photgraph it is the bit that my partners hand is on.

A swift Google later:

When we ordered it, A boomerang shaped thing with 'bushers' on turned up. A busher on either end and one on the elbow - what did you google to get that pic? What is it? Where can i get one? haha!
