stiff spot in steering

when it rains it pores
well after the bolt dropping out of the engine mount and the exhaust snapping and the back box dropping off. i now have a tight spot in the steering just off the ahead point in the steering system.
the car has been jacked up on one side for a week and then this happend.
what i have done so far greased it up and melted the grease in.
i need this sorting as i am going away to see my nan on the 4th, i rely need this fixed as it may be the last chance to see her
