rear anti-roll bar bushes. lube ?????

Hi all hopefully gonna change the rear anti-roll bar bushes but I'm thinking do I use copperslip or fairy liquid or ??? To lube between the bar & bush. Also is it just release the bush carrier bolts & pop the new 1 in. Lol

I replaced mine a few months ago.The brackets are held by 2 nuts/bolts.1 bolt & 1 nut on my brackets.I just undid them,a bit of fairy on the new bushes and slid them on.Beware though,1 of my bracket nuts sheered off,so be carefull.Will post the link when I find my post.
