Re: ALLOYS
Are they really? i could have sworn he said 306 i never saw the car.
When you say (but they will sit inside the arches more than 406 wheels should) are they going to look stupid or just give less chance of kerbing?

Re: ALLOYS
They do look a wee bit silly, but not ridiculous. As far as the kerbing risk goes, it depends on how you paralell park. I tend to line the wheels up against the kerb anyway, so the position of the wheels themselves make no difference to me.
If you really want to reduce the risk of kerb damage, the best bet is to get wheels with tyres fitted that are wider than the norm, i.e. 215 width minimum on a 7ins wide rim, so that the tyres sit slightly proud of the rim & protect it a bit.

Re: ALLOYS
I still likes them
What do you mean they don't sit right Scotty? Are they too far into the arches? I can't tell from the pics, they seem to fit perfectly well to me.

I'm happy with them tbh mate I'll have to pop over while it's clean ... They seem like they could do with spacers though the rim travels around the calliper really close i bet it's about 3mm.DaiRees wrote:I still likes them

I've taken the space saver out and put one of my steel wheels in there with a set of bolts but i tried shutting the seats back down and that was errr a mistake the seats are now jammed half way between shut and open shall leave that for tomorrow i think i'll have to un bolt the seat and try it without the carpet thingy that the seats lie on when closed.
Or does space saver mean there's no room under there anyway?
@Lozz you maybe right there bud.
