Hi
Can anyone tell me which shoes I need. On trawling the net I have been offered 180mm, 185mm and 200+mm diameter.

If it shows on servicebox, VIN is VF38ERHZF8158xxxx.

Also have clunking when driving on not too rough roads, likely causes please!..thanks

Ian

That looks something like front disk sizes (160 something, 183 and 205mm) but what you're actually after are handbrake shoes, of which there are but two - ones for drum brakes only and ones for drums-in-disks.

Yours is a... estate HDi 110, so it'll be drums-in-disks. The Mintex catalogue (as good as any) says Diameter [mm]: 180; Width [mm]: 30

The links are the same either side, one size fits, umm, everything but the earliest 406s (i.e. 1996) - you want the ones like farmerpug's fitting in the how to.
