Picked up some 17s with brand new tyres for £60 all fitted fine but the front right seems to knock and when moving on idle it's seems to look like it's shuffling while turning could.this be the alloy or the suspension or wheel bearing it does seem to move forward and backwards a little when you lift the clutch cheers guys

Did the noise only arrive after the new wheels were fitted? If so then check the wheel is actually tight on the hub.

The tyre will say ' outside' or 'rotation' with an arrow on the outer sidewall, so you can see when its on the car if its correct - put a picture on the forum if you aren't sure and we will try to point you in the right direction.... geddit!!

Those looks like asymmetrical tires. As a general rule tires with a specific rotational direction will have the threads forming an arrow on top of the tires.

Like these! http://www.tirereview.com/Content/Site3 ... 048064.jpg

Edit: I reread the thread. If the tires have an "outside" and an "inside" side they are most certainly asymetrical and can be put anywhere. Btw check if your new alloys require rings to fit the hub. Car will be knocking if one or more is missing.

When you say hub rings do you mean spacers or spigot rings and that's what my tyres look like

Also at 70 it does feel like a lot of vibration or rattling from rear end

That would suggest that either they are out of balance or you have a deformed tyre, check them for bumps, especially the tread.
