406 steel rims

I know it's a long shot but would any1 know if 195/65/15 steel rims would fit a 206 as got a set of 4 with hub caps that will be sold to a fella with 13s on his 206
The actual rims will fit. Maybe will make the track a few mm wider.
The tyres will likely be to big in diameter and will make the speedo illegal and acceleration worse.
A better tyre size would be 195/50x15 can't tell you if they would rub on steering lock though?
