Wheel fitment

Got a set of alloys off my previous car, and was thinking about fitting them to the 406. Problem is im not sure if they would catch. They are 16x8j et15 but they are 4x10 stud pattern. If I bought some hubcentric adaptors, that means the offset would be -5.

So my question is, would 16x8j et-5 fit on a 406 without being lowered? Id prefer to run chunky tyres but thats not an issue.
