After playing with handbrake cable, spraying it with WD40 and adjusting handbrake shoes, I decided to go to MOT to see what will happened and I passed. 36% was difference between left and right wheel before, now is 22%. Handbrake locks wheels at 5. notch so that seems fine.

Well done. Most old cables if, you can get to them will have splits in the outer sheath, if you soak them with oil a number of times they usually will free off. The XM used to have this problem and I always managed to free them off just with engine oil, never bought a new cable in 15 years of running them. :roll:
