What lies behind, or connected to, those control panels are so different it would be a complete dashboard-out and re-wire of the entire cars' electrical system for starters
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work
Definitely easier (and probably cheaper) to replace the whole car!
I'd sell you my old 1999 D9 (facelift) 406 saloon, which does have the modernized centre console and digital climate control - but it needs a bit of work to pass an MOT and you're probably nowhere near Aberdeen anyway.
2002 (D9) Peugeot 406 Coupe SE, 2.2 litre Petrol. Scarlet Red/Rouge Ecarlate/Rosso Scarlatto. Black Leather interior. SOLD
2008 (E60 LCI) BMW 525i M-Sport, 3.0 litre Petrol. Carbonschwarz Metallic. Black Dakota Leather and Myrtlewood interior.
