with my new boot badge decal on the way i decided today to inspect the boot badge on the car.
i noticed were it was peeling from the underside causes the surface to bubble out.
is there anyway of smoothing it off because i dont think my decal will sit flat. i might remove the boot lock and try and sumhow scrape the lion out
is any1 elses boot badge bubbling out ?

you could try using a dremil with a wire cup brush to clean it up

Mines bubbling it looks a mess.
been and got a new one from maindealers there not cheap but needs must,
ive just got to work out how to take the old part off now

when my decal arrives my badge will be being taken off the car. old logo removed (if possible)
and re-fitted with a new seal - pug call it a weatherstrip. that goes between lock and bodywork
and its £8.odd for this seal
