Heated memory seats into just electric seated car

picture of my seat wirring, one driver seat, one passenger seat and pic of what wires i have under the switch blanks, obv one of the plugs is for the airbag to be turned off but rest are not used and must connect to the heated switchs? i do have the switch and will connect later to see what happens! if you look at both seats they do have a brown plug/wire that go's to a blank on the seat? and steve mentioned about this possibly being the heated plug?

To sumerize on my car i have a brown plug on both seats that is not used but has wires, (maybe the heated function as described) yellow must be the live feed to the motors?, only other one is a white one, driver has the wired plug from the car, passenger do's not but has the blank plug on seat! The other plugs i know of as they are airbag, pre tensioners etc.


Looking at the pic of the heated seat from steves link, heated seat has a black multi plug? And a white multi plug? Are these to do with the memory function? The orange plug is the same on my seat but that connects to the switch on seat.

If the brown plug is heated and all i need to do is connect the heated switchs up then great, all i need to do then is power the electric motors from my yellow plug!

Quick update, fitted the passenger seat in and connected up brown plug and heated switchs and now works fine! Hope to tackle the drivers seat tomorrow!

Another quick update, fitted the driver seat ok today with my old seat switch fitted, only prob was that the button works back to front on the forward/back function. Think jus so some wires back to front!
On another note, I have my heated seats working but just wondered from cold how quick they should warn up?

Mine are warm within a few mins Floods, warm up a lot quicker than in the wife's Audi.

Mine did that too, i think my mates old Coupe did aswell!

Weird Mybe there's a difference in the way the motors are wired up between memory and non-memory seats
