It's not a sticker, it's painted or stamped on in some way.

If you spray the panel, you'll loose it. But as you see from my photos above, it seems serve to unclutter the fascia a little and does not detract from the overall effect.

You could try to replicate it with some transfers. Stick 'lettering transfers' into google. You just pop the sheet over where you want the text, rub the letter (blunt pencil's good) and the letter's on the destination material when you lift the sheet. Lacquer over the top and the job's a good 'un
