The problem with them people carriers and the espace is the back doors are like normal cars, they open wide which for a device normally used to haul children around in isnt good because the doors get flung open in car parks. A sliding door is a must on a people carrier. The toyota previa has a pair of these great job.

a rover. It depends on what type a 75 wouldnt be too bad and a series 2 SD1 with a v8 would be fantastic.

the previa eats head gaskets, i never heard that, my uncles one has been 100% reliable for the past 3 years and its a 2001. But yes its not beautiful, and the interior is very japanesey ie solid but a shiny plastickyness. The espace, its very french plasticky ie flimsy unlike the solid previa, i was in one of the top end models, renaults idea of trimming the inside with wood was the most lacklusture attempt to make the luxury version more luxurious, a piece of fake wood trim about the size of a mobile phone slapped onto the ash tray and that was it. It made me laugh, my dad said they didnt finish.

oops about the 25. They definatley did have the K series engine, did you have any HG issues?
I think its sad that rover is gone, they did at least make the most out of what they had in the final years.
