What is the best stuff to clean a roof-lining with?
idont want to use anything thatl soak it as it makes them Sag,

what do peeps use?

ive heard of something called "Strike" as anyone used this and does it work,?

do what im doing... trip down to the fabric shop . same stuff i used for the doorcards.

tin of spray glue specially for fabrics.

take the bloody thing out and re-trim it...

Good idea that mate but,

My wife wants the Grey left in,

isaid to her the other day iwas going to change everything and Ripp out the "fake" wood trim she wasnt impressed,

looks like itl be staying grey,
theres a chap making leather covers for us so atleast iwill have black seats ,

i carnt stand the grey.. in summer i will be changing the seatbelts as well .

oh and trimming the pillar trim in black faux leather (bigcheifs idea)

well after some asking around,
ive found something thatl clean the roof lining and its less than a £1 so its happy days,
iwill give it a Bash tomoz when ive picked some up and see if it works

A cloth and some APC is all I use,spray it on the cloth and wipe over.If you make it too wet use another cloth to dry it.

"ive cleaned it now, I used some stuff called, "Star drops, less than 90p a bottle,and its done a decent Job,
and asnt soaked it as it goes into a foam,

do not whatever you do let it get dirty

damp cloth and a dry cloth if it manages to get dirty.

couid you not get something like they use for carpets & furniture (Scotch Guard) spray it on,

and bobs ya tea pot = nothin will stick to it and itl be easier to clean

Its far better not to let the roof linings get dirty in the first place............... make em take their shoes off before you do the dirty deed
