Hi all,
does anyone know if the 406 d9s front window Glass have a light factory tint?
some cars do some dont,
Reason for asking is because im having the windows tinted on mine but iwant to stay within the law on this and dont want the local plod stopping me and saying peel off the front tints,

the chap thats doing the window tinting for me says check and see theres not a standard light tint on the glass (front -ones )
My Google search as drawn a blank on this tho,

there doesent apear to be a tint but there couid be,
if there anyway of checking by the numbers on the glass, ~?

The chap is charging me £90 to tint the full car but wont Put guarantee on the fronts being legal

I was led to believe they have a 15% tint, but someone else will need to confirm
Thus, if right, you'd only be able to put a further 15% tint on to the existing to make 30%

im going for a light limo tint so it shouid be ok ,,me hopes,
ive no Air-con so hopefully itl keep the car cooler, if not iwill have to go with plan b
