tbh the wood looks ok...........Not
but now ive had the car a while its getting boring!
ikeep looking at it and thinking of how much it reminds me of a victorian sideboard,
if it was real wood it be ok but its just to fake if you look at it properly theyve tried to add to much knotts that wouid of been a Barstard to cut if it was real wood,
Wood is for rovers anywayz wtf is it doing in peugeots

My old 5 Series had something similar on it. Wasn't brushed aluminium, but was just a shiny grey, but complimented the grey interior well:

Grey looks cheap-ish, though and you'll never get a good enough finish to be happy with, at least IMHO. What the lozzinator has in mind with the carbon film will look quite tidy, especially coupled to a black interior. Would love to see the results, lozz!

i remember looking for some brushed aloominuum stuff like the bmw for doing the black bits of the dash.
But i painted the black part silver, i think the wood and the silver bits work really well with eachother, the wood looks nice i think it makes the car a bit posh. But your right about the knots, jeez, youd need to have bought a new saw every minuite if you actually were cutting it.
