Re: new badges
iwas thinking of just using carbon wrap.FarmerPug wrote:how do you make them?

wrap the inside of the badge 1st then use a Lion badge as a template to cut a silver lion out of another peice of silver material,
dont know if that wouid work out tho but iwill try it,
as ive got plenty of carbon stuff left over from some other bits itrimmed up
Re: new badges
the front is made from carbon sheet 1mm thicj so easy to trim wth a very sharp knife and grinding stone to neaten it up.
drilled holes for the badge to go back through and then glued all back in place
the rear i got from the sticky fingers website, but id avoid as the bloke has very bad customer service skills, took him 3 monthes to supply that when he quoted 2 weeks!!
i do have a spare rear badge in carbon effect like above to sell and a polaris blue one of the same stly
