About the cigarette lighter, console and more ...

Hello friends.

This is my second post, so I'm pretty new here ...
I own a 406 1.8 16V model 1997 manual D8.

I want to know number of things:

1. Is this model, there is lighting around the cigarette lighter as in D9?
2. If yes, would love to know how to dismantle the console in order to reach The affected bulb.
3. Is there a centralized page of information or projects accompanied by photographs?

There should be a light around it. There are a couple of "how to"s over in the Knowledge Base:
