fuel gauge not accurate

Post by peugeot576511 »

Anyone know that how to overcome this problem?
-(2.0 petrol) my 406's fuel gauge seem to show the fuel is 1/2 of the tank but actually it just left about a few kilometre to travel....and never goes less than 1/2 of the tank even it is empty......and i have already stuck in the middle of the road a couple of time already....=( .....................so any suggestion to overcome it?
