Hey guys,

Other than from the stealers, does anyone know where I can source a genwine-ish gear knob? The ones I see on eBay are OK but the reverse indicator is at bottom right and mine is top left (up and over).... and I can't find any.

Any ideas?

CJ

also thoroughly hijacked Stu's thread too. viewtopic.php?f=20&t=18491

It's on the back burner at the mo, Nitric's having a set of 4 boots and 4-wheel alignment in the morning, for slightly less money than bailing out Cyprus.
MOT's due on the 3rd April and I'm gonna be busier than a one-armed paperhanger from now to mid-April, with the day job :(

I got a full gear selector off ade the coupe breaker, a lot of the coupes have the up and to the right reverse.

And any 2.2 hdi if its breaking will have the same gearstick, use the ask a question feature. Although im noticing a bit of a trend with the breakers on ebay, the feckers dont respond.

I've found that too,i've emailed several the last couple of weeks about stuff and they don't answer, whats the point of listing a car for breaking if they don't respond. :frown:

Wouldn't have thought so. If I'm reading the description right the seller is actually selling a 5 speed knob, but couldn't be bothered to take a picture of the one that he's selling, so used a picture of a 6 speed one that is apparently the same apart from the extra gear!
Ebay Knob Seller wrote:picture is for visual purpose only, the only difference is the picture shows a 6 spd, but looks the same
