Turn signal/ light stalk

Post by gray »

Hey fellow Peugeot gurus

I have a 2000 406 and its new to me and i am at odds to the light stalk , with so many positions it can be in
And all the painted letters and pictures depicting are wore off. I don't know what is what . Anybody have a photo or explanation of its operation . I have the dash lights explaining that 3 sets of light are on , 2 are orange and one green
I have fog lights as well. Anything will help, thanks in advance

Not sure if you have a comms unit or not but its these earlier stalks that normally lose their white bits.....

I dont understand why there is 2 areas to put on the light on this olderstyle stalk? One on the end and other in the middle

Is this maybe an automatic setting?
Can anybody explain the operation to me? Thanks

The one at the end is for the sidelights first, then headlights. The inner one is for front fogs first, then rear fogs.

If you are unsure then turn the stalk and take a look..!! :cheesy:
