Annoying rattle

I've noticed a very annoying rattle which seems to come from the passenger door card area so I took it off and the thin plastic ridge which slots into the window rubber had detatched itself from the card about 6 inches. I glued it back in position with some epoxy type stuff, let it cure then refitted.
It made absolutely no bloody difference!
Next thing is to check the cover over the seat belt but how do I get it off?
