Hi i have sourced another 2 front seats from an exec, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the heater switches for the seat elements, does each seat need its own 12v feed for the elements, any info would be great cheers

It's a common feed off of fuse 28 in the passenger fuse panel through the relay and it splits up in the wiring to the switches. Allegedly.

Passenger:

8300 : driver´s heated seat switch
8305 : passenger´s heated seat switch
8308 : heated seat relay
8310 : driver´s heated seat
8315 : passenger´s heated seat

BH28 : passenger compartment fuse box 28 (28 for the heaters, 18 for the lights)

Thanks steve my car doesnt have the engine running relay for some reason, need to find out which wire on the switches i need to splice a 12v feed in to

Your car's full-mux isn't it? I don't think they have a specific run relay, it's all controlled by the BSI.

Looks like you need to pick up 6370/6370A.

Cheers steve ive run a live from cig lighter feed to both heater switches, all working ;)

Was it easy to do? I'm afraid I'm a complete buffoon when it come to electrickery - can you tell me in very basic terms how you did it.... :wink:
