Dash Illumination

Anyone had this issue? Left side of dash is lit up, gets gradually darker across to the right. Speedometer is very faint. Is it just a bulb gone or more complicated? Thanks

It'll just be bulbs, you get a bit of light throwing across from the working bulbs which is why it dims out.
