Steering wheel and airbag

I want to replace my steering wheel. It is leather type, 2004 with regular wheel from 1999 (I think first facelift). The question is whether my current airbag will be compatible with the older non-leather wheel? Unfortunately its airbag is sold.

No it won't fit & the wheel won't work either.
Yours is full mux & the 99 one is pre mux or half mux.

Best bet is to source a Coupe wheel from 2002 onwards.
It's a straight fit, slightly smaller od, leather trimmed.

The other question was for coupe (90hp). There is one steering wheel with Airbag. Will its airbag be compatible?

It depends on the year of the Coupe
Post 2001 use a different airbag wiring, so you'll need the same generation Coupe

Basically, if the indicator and wiper stalks are the same then it'll fit.
