Wood trim to Silver trim

as above has any body done this or is it just as easy to paint the wood trim as im not a lover of the wood effect id rather have the silver effect fitted

The trim on the glove box lid comes off with 5 easy to get at screws. The trim between the steering column and door pops off.
Painting them has been done to good effect.

I recommend grabbing the trim pieces from a scrapyard, sanding them down, priming, painting and lacquering. That way, if you muck up, you're not left with dirty great big gaps in your dash!

Yer thats the way i was going to do it that way ive got the oe to put back in case it doesnt come out right

wots the closest color to match the oe silver trim fitted by peugeot
