Can the plastic trim strip on the door cards be changed?

The trim on the glove box lid comes off with 5 easy to get at screws. The trim between the steering column and door pops off hope that helps u

It can be yes. I think it is plastic riveted, but can be re-attached with no issues. A former member of the forum did this as he wanted to spray the strips a silver grey colour. Looked the dogs danglies afterwards!
