I fitted a new H7 headlight bulb to a 2008 Focus this morning, cost me £1-70p for a Lucas bulb, easy to fit, just take out the top torx screw and pull the whole headlight unit forward and pull the connection off and the bulb comes out.
Not all Volvo headlight units come out with the pin removed, some are down a narrow channel which need very thin fingers to remove the bulb.
