fuel pump relay

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Try checking for fuel at the filter outlet pipe when it cuts out to see if you've getting diesel to the HP pump.

Can't find my manual at the mo, but from the diagrams posted on the coupe site, it looks like F2 in the engine fusebox supplies the lift pump & it's controlled by relay R2, also in the engine fusebox.

Hope that helps, keep us 'posted'
