Alternator light on when keys remopved from the ignition

Alternator light on when keys remopved from the ignition
On returning home this evening and removing the keys from the ignition, the alternator light stayed on, and so did the radio. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to solve this problem!!!!

Do you mean the battery symbol? Sounds as though the ignition switch is sticking on the accessory position.
