Automatic Gear Selector Bulbs

Hello All,

Hope everyone is well,

Its been a while since ive been on here as you know i sold my blue rapier last year and got a red LX auto estate which i then gave to my dad and treated myself to a Range Rover P38 4.6 HSE with LPG so i apologise for breaking the long run of 406's ive had lol,

in short the LX estate has been running absolutly perfectly me nor my dad have had any problems with it..by far the best 406 weve ever owned but one of the bulbs has gone that lights up the automatic gear selector ive took it to peices but cant seem to get to the bulbs is it a sealed unit with LED's or do i need to take it apart further? ive looked in the haynes manual and looked through the threads on this site but i cant seem to find any answers i was hoping you could help me with your vast and unending pug wisdom which helped me out no end back in the days of running my 06's on a shoestring budget lol

neverheard of any things with autos

there must be sum sort of unit with the bulbs on ..

does the auto box have an ashtray under radio ?
