head light noise

hope you can help.
i have a motor noise from the p/s head light. im thinking it maybe the motor for the movement of the headlights up or down. im thinking it maybe be suck before the shutoff point. if im write how easy is it to sort out and where would the motor be. or would it be easier to take the wires out from the switch in the dashboard.

i had a look and decided to just disconnect the wiring from the switch inside the car

arr right cool,

you might end up with one lamp aiming up at the moon and the other on the road,
ithink you might be best freeing up what is stuck on the headlamp leveler as itl only fail on the mot at a later date:

Mine was stuck and failed it was only a 5min job too free off

thats 1 way of doing it but wouldnt you rather have the function working
check the motor as lozz said its like a square black box in the middle of the headlight they only clip in, ive found mine to be out before

and having a headlight facing the moon is not good for other road users , they need to be under control and facing down on the road
