Phillips Extreme Power H7 bulbs fitted

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Because it makes it more difficult for people to find answers, which is what this forum is supposed to be about

We're all for a bit of banter but if every thread veers off topic, gets duplicated or filled up with pointless posts that don't really say anything the whole "Technical Forum" becomes worthless.

No I was agreeing with him Sam! As much as I admire FarmerPugs enthusiasm the amount of off topic threads and replies are getting a bit much now.

Re: Ring XenonMax H7 bulbs

So I've had and fitted the Ring XenonMax bulbs and they're very good, again much brighter than standard bulbs with a cleaner, whiter light. I forgot to take pics when there was one standard and one ring in and it's pointless now because the camera will just show lights   , but I'd say they're easily as good as the Philips +100% ones, and they're about half the price 8)

Here's the link again, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ring-RW1077-100-B ... 727wt_1153

I've used the Phillips xtreme bulbs, but after a recent blown bulb I've bought some Osram Nightbreaker bulbs, really good as bright if not brighter than the Phillips and half the price.
