Hi all
I have a 2003 Pug 406 2.0HDi with climate control.
I turned the heater on and now it will not shut off. The LCD displays the fan with coloured in fins going up and down, but the blower is stuck on nearly full.
Any ideas?

Re: Heater will not turn off!
Hi,
sounds like the control module has had it, I had the same problem.
the part no; valeo f657165w. eurocarparts had mine no. on box 6441.l2
it lives in the middle up in front of the centre consul.
remove the cover underneath the glove box this will allow access to the unit, it is right in the middle behind the central unit actually in the heater air ducting.
you should see 2 electrical plugs at its base, it goes in upwards, one of the plugs you can get out before it is removed the other will only come out once it is part way out, remember this when replacing, it is held in by 2 small bolts or screws very hard to get at as the floor and carpet are in the way.
If you find that this is what you need and you try the new unit before you fit it, be careful as the vanes get very hot very quick.
