Back again !
When I turn the ignition ( 2003 406 estate 1.9HDI ) i can hear a fan running. Its not the engine fan itself so I presume its the blower fan, should this be running even though the fan itself is turned off ? Or is some other fan I dont know about

Mine comes on -sometimes it comes on on auto or aircon it will let the blower run slightly ,
its not something to worry about, idont think,
