Hi thanks for that but its all the lights not a certain side.
Do you think a broken fog/spot light could cause it as 1 of mine r smashed?
i will try disconnecting it and see what happens.

Thanks Again

That's a short between the side light circuit and the brake light circuit. Someone (can't remember, sorry) had something similar a while back, the wires were shorted inside one of the bulbs so you'd best start out with them, change both if nothing's obvious.

Hi Steve i did have a look at the spot light then thought it cant be that as they would have to be on to cause the problem.
i think that sounds about right tho as i noticed 1 if the side light bulbs look very black al get it changed tomorrow and see what happens
Thanks Gaz

I think Steve meant one of the twin filament stop / tail lamps. (I vaguely remember the post too - think one filament had gone, but unusually had welded itself to the other one).

Take the brake light bulbs out Both sides,

press the brakes see if the faults gone,
add the brake light bulbs back 1 at atime. work out which bulbs bad,

id say its a bad bulb,
worth a try
