How do I connect an ODBII tool to a Sagem SL96?

Hi,
I was so unfortunate to purchase an ELM327 before I discovered that the Sagem SL96 in my 406 1,8 16V LFY was not ODBII compliant (assuming I am correct in this miserable finding).
Can you please help me to create an adaptor that will sort out the differences in the 2 interfaces?
Which pins in in the ODBII connector goes to which pins in the Sagem SL96 diagnostic connector?

Subsequently: Which AT commands will work (all, some none) ?

I´m affraid than the only thing you can do is connect with a Lexia/Peugeot P2000 interface. I have one from chinaobd and it works very well with my sagem. :-)
