hi after (and im actually quite sure before my change of the ecu when i broke it) i got the "electronic anti-theft system defective" error in my car.. 406 coupe
so i CANT start the engine i got the left symbol with the key and it wont start.. i just changed bsi and ecu and key fob... all same time still wont start i guess its locked.
any idea to unlock it without to drive to the dealer .. got galletto here it wont connect gives me error0 for data i guess ecu is locked (even the new / used) one.. help anyone?
edit: tryed to find solution in the net for sure ..they say its a battery problem but i put another diesel aside and bypass them still same problem

Here's an idea: I'm not 100% sure the receiver for the immobiliser transponder is part of the BSI. Inside the keyfob is a little microchip akin to a datatag (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFID), it's not part of the electronics inside the fob but clipped inside the casing. Perhaps you could try your old keyfob.
the 2 left parts (chip and cover) are "new" the fob/key case inc. key is the old key so i basically just changed the chip for the bsi to connect and the cover i think the part you mean is next to the key and therefore in the old part and now already with the "new" key therefor no need to change right? i mean tell me ill try but i think its already changed everything
