glow plug relay

I am baffled I can't find this relay it is not where other posts say it is .
I have an 03 2.2 406 coupe . Peugeot service box show ti but they don't say were it is.
does anyone know????

I don't know the answer, but 2.2's are different. The glow plugs are in the back of the head, (facing the bulkhead).

The drawing on ServiceBox shows the glow plug cable set coming round to the side of the cylinder head, (possibly above the swirl flap actuator)?

The installation drawings on Sedre show it in exactly the same place as the DW10 - underneath the throttle pot

If it helps, follow the supply for the MAF sensor back to where it joins the loom, there should be 3 cables coming out of the loom there, one of them is the feed for the glowplug relay.

Incidentally, the glowplug supply diagram shows the wires going across the front of the engine to the cam belt end, then they go over the top of the engine to feed the glowplugs.

If it is the same as the dw10, then it's very visible below the throttle pot. Just checked mine. There's a big chunky glow plug type wire coming out of the bottom of it.
