406 Front passenger Fog Problem

Hi Guys,

I only bought my 406 HDI there on Monday there and have just realized that my passenger fog light doesn't work and I have no Idea how to access the bulb.
Under the car or below bonnet?

Does anyone have a a maintenance service book which can help me out as my car can use a little TLC?

You access the fog lamp from underneath the bumper,you have to remove or pull back the wheelarch liner.
